The back end of August is an excellent time to see the vibrant displays of colour on the moors, as the heather is at its most purple. Despite having walked up Roseberry Topping before, I had never really explored the surrounding area. Over the course of a couple of days, I made two trips over to try to capture the resplendent colours at sunset. I was quite happy with a couple of this array of shots.
